7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@jewelleryprompt.shop within 7 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full amount you paid.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@jewelleryprompt.shop from the email address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order ID (from your confirmation email) and, optionally, what didn't work for you.
3. We confirm the refund by email. No return shipment is needed — this is a digital product.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.

After a refund

Once refunded, your license to use the prompt pack and the included generators ends.
