These terms apply to your use of www.jewelleryprompt.shop and to the Jewellery Prompts Pro AI jewellery prompt pack (“the Product”). By buying or using the Product you agree to them.
1. What you get
A digital PDF of AI prompts for jewellery photography and videos, access to the image and video prompt generators, and free updates to the pack. Delivery is by instant download and email after payment.
2. License
- Commercial use allowed: you may use the prompts and any images or videos you generate with them for your own business or your clients — websites, marketplaces, social media, ads and print.
- Not allowed: reselling, sharing or redistributing the prompt pack itself (in full or in large parts), or publishing it as your own product.
3. Third-party AI tools
The prompts are used in third-party tools such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Sora, Veo or Kling. Those tools are not operated by us; their availability, pricing, output and terms are set by their providers. AI output varies, and results depend on the tool and the version you use.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout in INR or USD depending on your location and are a one-time payment. Payments are processed by our payment partners. Refunds are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee.
5. Free tools
The free prompt generator and free prompt library may be changed, rate-limited or discontinued at any time. Please don't misuse them (automated scraping, spam or abusive requests).
6. Liability
The Product is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
